Family Practice Internal Medicine Physician Los Angeles, CA
We are looking for a Family Practice Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical practice in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for a physician to either join us full-time or part-time, we are flexible in our need.
We would like a Physician who is willing to work in a multi-disciplinary setting, where we offer medical, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy. We would like a team player that understands or is willing to learn the benefits of working in a group setting with customized treatment plans. We collaborate as a team, approaching health and healing aspects from different angles, to optimize a patients health. We realize that not all patients are the same, deserve high quality treatment and we strive to help them improve their quality of life and reach their health and wellness goals.
Duties:
Annual Wellness Patient visits
Patient exam/evaluations
Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions
Treatment of general medical conditions
Order labs/bloodwork/testing/imaging
Review results, follow up on testing
Order services and durable medical equipment when medically necessary
Collaborate treatment plans/co-managing patient care plans with other providers
Referral to other specialties as medically necessary
Patient education
Documentation -timely and accurate
Procedures (ie; trigger point injections, joint injections, injections) training will be provided if needed
Qualifications:
BCBE Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician
Licensed in CA
