We are looking for a Outpatient Primary Care Physician with Managed Care experience.

Management and treat geriatric advantage care patients
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Communicate with other primary care providers and staff.
Advise patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease
